Refund policy
Change of Mind:
Breeze Home will provide a 30-day money back guarantee*. If you are not satisfied, or changed your mind about your purchase, you may request to return the item(s) within 30 days from the purchase date at your expense. The item must be returned with all the original accessories and in the original packaging. A 15% restocking fee will be charged from the total order amount.
*We do not accept returns of opened mattresses. Your refund total will equal the purchase price, less the actual shipping costs associated with return shipment plus 15% restocking fee. This is irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order.
* Order cancel request after shipping label processed, there is associated with $20 admin fee *
* No free trial period, no change of mind due to invididual body preference towards firmness and feel. *
Damage / Lost in Transit
If your order arrives damaged upon delivery (Damage during Transit) or tracking showing delivered but not received, to make a claim, you must notify us of the problem within 24hrs of the order receipt / delivered by providing us with the following information via the Contact Us form online:
• a detailed description of the problem with the damage / unreceived delivery
• Order confirmation / order #
We strongly suggest to contact us before continue opening your product if arrives damaged; contact us immediately to discuss resolution together
* Imperfections that do not affect ordinary function are not considered to be defects. If the damage is minor, we reserve the right to offer a repaire, replacement or refund.
At our sole discretion, a repair, replace the product, subject to the conditions
Warranty Claim and Returns Procedure:
In the event of returns due to warranty claims, or faulty cases, the customer will be required to contact Breeze Home obtain an RMA (Return merchandise authorization) case number. Afterwards, you will be asked to send the item back in its original packaging with all contents within 7 days to avoid further damage and entitle the benefit of warranty. Once item has been received and inspected, a repair, replacement or refund of payment will be processed back to the customer at our sole discretion. If the fauty is minor, we reserve the right to not offer a replacement or refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
