Do you provide delivery nationwide?

We work with different courier partners to provide best freight costs and quality service based upon size and weight of each item and the delivery location.

 

How do I track my order? 

We usually send tracking number to you. You can track the delivery status of your item on courier company's website (please allow 1-2 working days before the tracking web site is updated).

 

How can I contact your couriers? 

To avoid delivery disappointment, we also highly recommend that you call the courier company and make appointment for a delivery date which suits you. The courier company will likely call you to agree on a delivery date before sending the item to you. 

 

How do I return an item? 

Please contact our customer service department to discuss return. All return mattress has to be packed in the original package and at re-sellable condition. The return freight cost will be covered by you.

 

What is your returns policy?
